Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I'm a flight attendant and we received new uniforms. We soon came to find out that were treated with a poisonous chemical. I have been sick and missed a lot of work. I cannot afford to take this time off. What should I do next?

You should ask for a workers' compensation claim form, fill it out, make a copy for yourself and give the original to your employer. This sounds like a complicated case that may include a third-party personal injury claim. You may wish to speak to a workers' compensation attorney. You can locate one near you by going to www.caaa.org. Workers' compensation attorneys do not charge for consultations. I also strongly suggest that you speak with a personal injury attorney.
