Really a tough call since it's based on medical reports not in front of me.

Just had a lady given ONLY 'pain patches' and no prescriptions for life ... and the highest I could get them was only $4,500 (they would have paid $19,000 if she went to the physican every other month, but she wouldn't). I told her it was too low but she wanted it anyway.

both hands and an elbow? no future surgery i'm guessing... maybe just injections and prescription meds ... add at least $17,000 ON TOP OF the permanent disability dollars. They'll come back with about $8000.

Then you just have to decide: do i want away -- like getting a divorce -- from this psychobitch insurance company enough to take a $9000 loss. Most folks say yes, I say stick tight to $17,000 or tell 'em keep paying the treatment bills...

....and then you have to keep getting to the doctor over and over on your own time for treatment.
