Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I have had a herniated disc of the L5-S1 for the past 7 months. I have been getting treatment , but my pain is worsening. I am 35 and can only bend to a 120 degree angle on a good day. I am starting to realize that I need to find a new job. I'm going to need money to go back to school. Aproximately, what should I expect for a settlement?

We have no way of knowing what your permanent disability rating will be once your condition becomes permanent and stationary without looking at the medical reports so as to determine what your work restrictions will be.

Any lawyer that gives you a figure is the lawyer you should stay away from. No lawyer worth his weight in salt could give you such figure. With that said, I would be glad to discuss your case with you should you decide to seek counsel.

Please call me at 1.877.505.INJURY.
