I want to change home care agency I have been asigned and Employers Ins. Co. of NV is denying me. Don't I have a right to choose an agency I want.

You may have been assigned to a Medical provider Network (MPN) and you may have to choose a doctor from their list. However, there are exceptions to go outside of the network. Call us at 213.388.7070 for a free consultation.
