Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
Hospital fractures my back while I'm in for a worker com surgeryp
My husband was in the hospital for surger on his back. It was a worker comp case. Just hours after his surger the nurses left him standing by the side of the bed, he fell and fractured his back. He then had to have another surgery and may need still another. Do we have a law suite? If so will we have to pay workers comp back any money?

You certainly have a third party negligence civil
suit. You also need to have the worker's compensation insurance company pay for the additional disability of the neglence.
