Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
I hurt my back in February lifting heavy boxes that were not labeled properly, heavy or awkward boxes had stickers saying they need additional assistance. This caused me to immediately miss 2 days of work and actually cause me to miss at least 3 more the next 4 months I worked there. I signed some paper work and received a claim form which I later sent to work but i have never heard anything back.
My back is still injured and I have since suffered from near constant sciatic pain ever since.
Is there a case or anything i can do?
