Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
i got hurt in 9-23-2007----fell down,hurt head, shoulder,lower back,i took surgery on 8-3-2009, tribal first insurance told me --they follow my 2007 incom pay 66% FOR MY DISBILITY,BUT MY INCOM from 8-3-2008 to 8-3-2009 is 1200.00 dollars more then two years ago,also the compensation which they will not concern,i hear from other employee who got hurt before.it is a indian casino.
