Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
i was hurt on the job 5 months ago and my employer had no work comp ins. He got insuranse last week. My claim was was accepted in a matter of a few days after he got insuranse. Is that legal?

No it's not legal. Employer is required to have workers' compensation insurance in California.
