Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

My husband died while on a business trip. Is that eligible for WC benefits?

It may be. Whether he was at the Office or meetilg a client elsewhere does not matter. But if he was doing something not related, such as swimming, playing tennis, etc. it might not be work related. Go to an experience WC attorney and tell him/her the facts of the case.
