Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

husband workmans comp injury

my husband was injured about 15 mths ago ,he has an emotional stress case ,and an injured back 4 deter-discs ,we have a lawyer and doctors,back ,and pysch,we have been waiting for approval on a dye for the discs to see if my husband is a candidate for surgerybits been over 3mths, my husband might loose his eye-- do to all the meds we don't know yet,my husbands ended up in the emergency for wrong mixture of meds perscibed by his doctor ,my question should we seek another attorney?
