Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
Infeasable for rehabilitation
I was originally found to be 89% by my doctors (3) and 76% by the State compensation fund QME. We settled for 82.5% where I could get into retraining. I am still seeing the doctors and in lot of pain of which I use Tems, Traction and medication for. I was found by the rehab unit to be infeasable and I reopened the case and sent the paper work to the doctors and Fund. My question is I was told I might be listed as 100% is this true or what happens now since I cann't work and support my family. Anote even SS stated I would not be able to join there program for retraining because of my condition.

Re: Infeasable for rehabilitation
infeasibility for voc. rehab. does have a bearing on your permanent disability status. you might also apply for social security disability; note that your settlement should be structured and should contain language that will allow you to keep the most state, federal and worker's comp. benefits that you are entitled to.
