Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I need info!!!

my boss made me work durring a flood at my job site and then also made us work while they riped out the walls and replaced them. Shortly after that I got a lung infection and from then on I've been getting sick with bronchitis and other lung infections. I also now have asthma. do I have a case?
