Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
When I got injured the doctor put me on modified duty but my employer could not place me anywhere for over a moth I got paychecks from the insurance based on my regular job salary I went on modified duty for about three weeks and now im goin to temporary disability are my paychecks going to be the same amount as before? or is there a new calculation since I wasnt working as much during modified duty?
