injured
my husband was injured on the job five years ago his hand was caught in a conveyor belt he had surgery to reattach the tendons two years later he had to have another surgery to remove scare tissue that had grown around the reattached tendons now two years later he is having problems with the same hand Dr says the tendons are stretched and might need another surgery an d put him on light duty he works at the same job where the injury happened his job told him to go home because the have no lite duty can they do that ?

If your husband's employer does not have lite duty available, then they could send your husband home. Therefore, he should be entitled to temporary disability.
