Injured in the job

I was injured on the job and wondering if I need a worker's compensation lawyer or personal injury?

WC attorneys specialize in handling on the job injuries and are aware of the limitations set by the Board as to attorney fees. In general, you would use a WC attorney. An exception might be if you also have a suit against the person or company that injured you and it is worth more than the WC claim, you might select a personal injury atorney instead. But there are attorneys who handle a large number of both types of cases. Most of WC is relatively easy, but there are tricks of the trade and areas that wold trip upnon--WC attorneys.
