Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
I got injured on the job almost 2 years ago and have been seeing a workers comp doctor ever since. I am currently unemployed, looking for work and been denied unemployment due to my injury. The workers comp dr says i CAN work but "no use of the left hand". Besides medical and travel expenses, am i legally entitled to any monetary compentation from my comp claims adjuster???
Please help clarify...
