Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

i was injured 09-18-01. (left knee) i have had 4 surgeries since then on my left knee i have not settled any portion of my case. i have had to fight for every single benifit which has caused many delays now my right knee has gone bad (mri show degenerative changes) my ptp requested surgery on the right knee but the day before the request was sent to ins co my doc was no longer my ptp because he wasnt apart of mpn network ive been searching for a new doc but no doc will touch me. my question is since my doc said im still ttd am i entitled to those benifits and how do i find a doc when no one will touch me? I JUST WANT TO GET HEALTHY AND WORK
