Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
Hi I was injured at work due to an obstructed walkway, and two days before I was told that I was getting hired on permenantly from the temp agency and getting more money. two days after the accident I was told that they will not be hiring me and now Im not sure I even have a job anymore. I have to get an mri on my knee in a week and start physical therapy next week. Im out of work and loosing money daily for absence. what should I do.

claim form needs to be filed with temp agency. If Dr. certifies you off work (temporarily disabled) you should start receiving temporary disability benefits. In addition, you may have a CIVIL case against the entity/persons who obstructed the walkway. From THAT case you would recover any wage loss.
