Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I was injured at work, and As part of their "summary of the quarters incidents" slideshow, they review injuries. There were several of them reviewed, and they had pictures next to them usually of the injury. When mine came up however, there was a picture of George w. Bush with a Black eye. Do I have any legal stane here? I have a printout of the slide.

I doubt you have any basis for a successful suit. It clearly was intended as a joke although not a very good one. It does not appear to show discrimination against a protected class. I do not udnerstand how in most cases they can show a picture of the injury as the majority will be soft tissue back problems. No lawyer will handle such a case because of the low chance of success and what damages have you suffered? One has to take some unfairness in life and

forget about it. If you insist about doing something, go to the supervisor who posted the picture or whois in charge and to human resources and complain.
