I was injured at work. I received a letter from the insurance company informing me they will not pay for my milege or medical treatment. My condition is getting worse, what do I do?

Assuming this is a new injury, you should get a court date as soon as possible, perferralby an expedited hearing. If the injury is old, then you should review the medical file and correspondence before calling the information and assistance office where your case is venued.
