Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I got injured at work and I am receving workers comp benefits who should pay for my health insurance me or workers comp.

If you are still employed, then you have a very good argument that the carrier should pay these benefits. However, if you have been let go, you will have to pay. You should contact your employer and request that your benefits be paid.

As long as you are employed you need to pay your share of premium and the employer is obligated to contribute their share. If you are terminated you have to pay under COBRA provisions.
