Without knowing your arrangements with your medical insurance carrier, you are only entitled to 2/3 of your salary while on temporary disability.
I am sure like in every workers' compensation claim, there are many more issues and questions that you may have. Therefore, I encourage you to contact my office at 1.877.505.INJURY in order to set up a free consultation.
Since you are not fired, you only have to pay your portion of the medical insurance and your employer has to still make contribution. Feel free to call us for a free consultation at 213.388.7070.
