Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I got injured at work had surgery and I'm now abe to go back to work. I have called my job sent a e-mail and left msg to see what time to go in on Monday and have had no response. What do I do next?

Go physically to the Office and see what is up. Also call the WC insurance carrier and tell them what is happening.
