Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
i was injured at work and currently unemployed. my work comp dr. says i can work but no use of the left hand (which was injured). Am I legally entitled to compensation?

Yes, you are entitled to compensation if you did in fact injure yourself at work. Since you are in the Sacramento area (I'm only about 400 miles from you), I recommend that you contact a local applicant's attorney to help you open a case against your employer.
Allow me to give quick advice. When you interview law firms, ask to have your interview with the lawyer, instead of a secretary. If you cannot make the appointment with the lawyer, then use that as a tip as to how your case will be handled.
