Injuried on the job-Employer wont pay medical bills
I was working a job as sub-contractor for a city job.
I hurt my back and my employer refuses to pay for the on the job medical bills.
1) do they have to pay for my medical care.
2) how do I get them to pay for my medical care.

Your employer is required to provide Workers Compensation Insurance if you were an employee. Workers Compensation pays for medical bills and other items. Call me for a free consultation at 818-427-6246
