If an injury is caused by the actions of a supervisor and the damage is permanent, would it still be exempt from compensation?

I need more details of the incident. If your injuries are work-related you should be compensated for all of your work-related injuries. You may also be able to sue in civil court, as opposed to being limited by workers' compensation remedies. I highly encourage you to speak to a workers' compensation attorney.
