Possible injury to right hand

Is the emloyer responsible for sending an employee who is a machinist & has hands in oil all day to urgent care? The employee has black & blue fingers & cannot work. The employer refuses to help.

If an employee reports an industrial injury, the employer has to send the injured worker for examination and treatment. If the employer refuses to provide you medical treatment then I recommend that you hire a worker's compenstion attorney who would send you for treatment and open a WCAB application and get you a settlement for your permanent disabilities.
