Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I have an on the job injury that the claims adjuster has twice disagreed with with the QME report regarding my injury. How do I resolve this

I am not sure exactly what you mean by "disagreed." The only thing that comes to mind is that they formally objected to the QME. This means that there is a good chance they are going to send some more interrogatories to the doctor, or, set up a cross-x.

This leaves you with a few options. First, if necessary, review the joint interrogatories, next show up at the cross-x, or finally, consult with an experienced attorney such as myself who understands these complex issues and can help you manage your claim.
