job loss /reto pay for termination

i was fired in 12.21.05 and am currently still unable to work they fired me even though i had a dpm have me out on a medical and after feb 24th 05 had surgury ....my question is ,I was fired illegally how much back pay am i entileld to under governater rules i have recied tenp and now only recieve a partial of what u used to get i was pay by comp for 1. yr of temp then nothing for a yr then a payout for temp then it swicted to perm pay
