Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

what kind of lawyer sues native americans? i was injured working at river rock casino and was terminated when they said i was fine. i just got surgery last week covered my medical, i was injured 3 years ago and they still havent done anything about it. my surgeon said it was work related.

I am not sure, but I believe American-Indian owed businesses are covered by federal Workers' Compensation and not state. Call up the employer's HRD and ask them who handles their WC claims. The issue is whether you are covered under Federal WC [very few attorneys know anything about that system] or California state.
