Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
I was laid off by my employer of 3 years, but I have an open workman's compensation case that has not been closed. Is this legal?

If the termination is in retaliation of opening the case, then you may ask for penalty under labor code 132(a). Feel free to call us at 213.388.7070 for a free consultation.
