Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

My lawer didn't fight for me

Hi,

I cought a rash at Hewlet Packard. myself and

around 18 other's as well. I was hired through a

temp agentcee (Volt Services Group) Any way, I

was sent home on WC and fired 4 days latter. I

asked for their reason and I recieved aletter back

statting ''For reasons other then neglagents on

your part'' meaning me. My wc atturney said that I

should take the offer the judge gave. I feel like my

atturney just gave up. I still have this rash from

head to toe and its driving me nuts. This is now in

it's 4th year. It hasn't been digosed to this day. I've

been trying very hard to find out what it is that I

cought at work. Their's so much to tell please

help me is their is any chance of getting this

resolved
