Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Do I need another lawyer

I have had 2 shoulder surgurys since on the job injury 4-13-06.Rotator cuff tears an bone impingements. My attorney has been no help at all, after calling for several weeks, every day I never got a call back. Iwas released on light duty but my employer never offered me any work, work comp cancelled my td benefites an I was left hanging for 7 weeks with no call from my attorney. I have since then dismissed them as my attorney. I go to the ame doctor on 1-28-08,do i need another attorney, or just wait an see what i am offered from work comp after my final exam, as far as my settltment goes.

You still have to rate your case and negotiate a settlement. If you know how to do that you don't need an attorney.
