Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

looking for a lawyer who wants to really win!

I was injured at a big company. I was there washing windows for my employer on the account when i fell 8 ft. down from a ladded. I had a contuision, blood clot and concousion on my head. I was knocked out cold after the fall and i was bleeding alot. I was addmitted in the hostipal for a total of 7 days. And at the time of injury i was by myself. My former employer is lying and telling people that my fall was not even at the workplace. i have a witness who cleaned up the blood and is willing to testifed. my mandortory settlement hearing is coming up on feb. 25, 2003. is it too late to look into anouther attorney? i feel my attorney is not fighting for my right!

its never too late to swtich attorneys, however it appears that your mandatory hearing date has come and gone by the time you posted this message. if you were able to get a postponement or continuance , email me and let me know and hopefully i can further assist you.
