Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

My left knee was injured at work. A year later, it still hurts, and now my right foot hurts from standing all day to work at a different job. Would this new injury be covered under the original claim?

Yes technically it could be depending on the facts and circumstances. Depending on the facts,it may be characterized as a continuing injury or a continuing trauma, in which case you could potentially recover additional expenses you incur to treat your injuries under the original workers comp claim. I would be interested in knowing how long ago the initial workers comp claim was filed.
