Re: legal recourse against my attorneyt

Your best recourse is to change attorneys. It will not cost you any more in fees the attorneys will split any fee and all fees are awarded by the Appeals Board (court). If you want a free consultation please email for an appointment.

Re: legal recourse against my attorneyt

The best course of action to take is to change your attorney. The other issues not raised in your other answers are, did your current attorney handle your file in such a way to where your position is impaired? If so, can your position be rehabilitated by a new attorney?

These are just two question out of many that must be explored. Please feel free to contact my office at, 818.385.0520 for a free consultation.
