liability for loss of income from a second job

At the time of my injury I was gainfully employed on a second job. The covered injury has now prevented engaging in either profession, is there liability for that loss?

If you are already at the maximum payable limits on Temporary Disability it does not matter. Otherwise, I would need to look and see if there are any cases on it, but off hand I would assume you would not be able to look at the wages from a second job because the employer is only responsible for your employment with him.
