Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

i was living and working in southern ca in 1991. i had an accident where i broke my left front tooth. they repaired it with a crown then and now i am having problems with the crown and decay. am i still covered by workers comp and how do i get this taken care of? i now live back in tn.

Since it appears that the problem is a natural progression of the initial injury [like having a hip injury that requires a replacement hip which after ten years wears out so a new hip joint is needed] you should be covered. Contact the WC carrier yo dealt with before, sending them a letter from your current dentist as to why the two problems are related to the old injury. I presume there was no settlement of the entire case or medical care.
