I'm not sure that there is a letter that actually goes out to the injured worker warning the injured worker that his/her benefits are ready to terminate. Instead, there are some rules which apply. For instance, an injured worker is entitled up to 2 years of temporary disability payments while being treated, and permanent disability payments after the injured worker is released from medical care, until the permanent disability money is exhausted.
