Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
Has anyone gone to Long Beach Workers Comp, and dealt with Judge Joseph Rebeck?
if you have can you give me an insight on what he is like?
is he tough, ?

He was fair, no-nonsense...made each side give a little.
He retired in 2009 from the Presiding Judge post at long beach.
I haven't seen him much when I go to Long Beach, but guess he might still be there on a temporary assignment.
