how long does my claim representative have before issuing me my out of pocket medical expenses

There's no deadline for an adjuster, just whatever they think a judge might rule as 'reasonable' at trial.

If the expense report fails to show how all the out-of-pocket payments were directly related to the work injury, she doesn't pay it at all.

If the expense report shows services not discussed in any medical report, she doesn't have to pay at all.

You need A LOT more than just sending receipts to get paid in workers comp. GO THROUGH EACH RECEIPT with the Treating PHysician and BEG the Treating Doc to write in the next narrative report how each expense came to be paid and how each was directly required to 'relieve the effects of the industrial injury" (using those magic words, very important).
