It would be impossible to give you an answer since there are so many factors involved in a workers' compensation case. For example, is your case denied or accepted? Has the request been sent to Utilization Review? If so, how long ago? Are you represented by an attorney? The above are just a few factors which might determine when surgery may be authorized.
