No longer employed
I am no longer employed with the company that I worked for, but now I beleave I have carpal tunell is there a time limit for filling a claim with my former
employer?

It will be presumed that the injury is not compensable, however, the presumption may be rebutted. You need to act quickly however.The worker's compensation system is very adversial. The insurance companies will get away with anything they can. They will pay you the minimum on your claim unless you obtain representation to protect your interests.
