Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Loss of employment

I am currently on workmans comp and FMLA. Ihad surgery on my leg twice since being off on this leave and I have no idea if or when I will be able to return to work. My HR person is giving me stress, telling me that I may not have a job when I return that it is not guarrented. I don't believe its true, but Im not sure. Please help

Why are on on FMLA if your injury is work-related? If you get terminated you may file a petition under labor code 132(a) for penalty. Call us at 213.388.7070 to discuss your case.
