Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

Loss of fingerr

I lost the end of my finger due to a bone infection caused by an injury at work. Settlement being offered is $3500.00. That seems very low to me. Should I pursue for more and can I do this myself or need an attorney?

The offer seems very low. Do you have any pain in any other part of your body? Any loss of grip or strength? Any disability or pain in your wrists, palm, hand, arm elbow, thumb, etc? Any Insomnia? Any anxiety? Call us at 213.388.7070 for a free consultation.
