Legal Question in Workers Comp in California
Loss of nerves at tip of my third finger
About 18 months ago I had a accident at my work. I work as a bartender and a glass I was washing slipped through my hand and cut my third finger and cut it deeply about 1'' below the tip. A follow up at a finger specialist this last week concluded severe nerve damage (ie no nerve sensation) and no solution to regaining it back. Everything was filed as a Worker's Compensation case. Should I persue any conpensation through a Personal Injury attorney?
