I lost my cal. W.C. settlement check. Will ins. Company issue another one.?

Yes, of course ask them to put a stop payment and issue you another one.

NO WORRIES. BUT you need to sign a statement for them letting them stop payment on the lost check before they issue the new check... if you don't have a fax, find a friend who does (or use your lawyer).
