Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

lost in the new work comp law

i settled my case in 2002-03 with 100% future medical with stipulations for on doing medical, injections, dental, tmj etc. and the only thing they are paying for is my pain pills and they stopped authorizing and paying for everything else. is there anything i can do?

The new laws are confusing. I suggest that you contact the I&A office or seek an attorney to deal with issues of timely authorization for medical treatment.
