Reasonableness is not measured in miles because the measurement is relative. In other words, the number of miles traveled at 60 mph would be more for an hour than the number of miles traveled at 30 mph. So, reasonable restrictions are determined by how long you can sit in a certain position, restrictions on gripping the stearing wheel, turn your head, etc, all of which will determine how long you can drive regardless of how many miles you have traveled.
