Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

What is meant by " Your Workman Comp claim has gone to adjudication? My claim has been there since Dec. how long does this usually take?

It means it has gone from the informal process of trying to resolve it with the Workers' Compenstion insurance carrier to the more formal procedure through the WCAB in which there are hearings in which an administrtive law judge decides those issues that the parties can not resolve between themselves. How long it takes to reach a final resolution depends upon how quickly the local Board can hear cases, when your condition reaches maximum improvement, how fast the parties want to push the case forward.
